Buying tickets

Tickets for our shows can be booked online via TicketSource. A booking fee of 8.4% will be applied per ticket in addition to the ticket prices. To gain access to the shows, proof of purchase will be required, in the form of:

  • the printed tickets delivered to you from TicketSource (this can be chosen at an extra cost to your order)
  • the e-tickets printed out by you
  • the e-tickets displayed on your device's screen (smartphone, tablet etc.)

Family group tickets are available for some shows, and comprise of two adults and two children (under 16 years old).

If the show isn’t sold out, you can still purchase tickets on the day of any performance right up until the time that it is scheduled to start. Folkestone Live front of house staff at each venue can help you to do this if needed.

Booking in advance is advised to avoid disappointment.

Please note that the tickets are non-refundable, unless you have opted to add refundable ticket protection via TicketSource's insurance partner to your order.

In the rare event that a performance is cancelled, refunds will be issued by TicketSource.

Where offered, concessionary priced tickets are available for people who are:

  • children (under 16 years old)
  • receiving benefits
  • unemployed
  • senior citizens (60 or over years old)
  • with disabilities
  • Equity members

Proof may be required.

Seating provided at all shows is not allocated and thus is unreserved. Ticketholders will be seated by ushers in queueing order, so arrive early before the doors open at each show to have the best choice of seats.

Note that the Quarterhouse seating will be raked, while both venues at The Grand Burstin Hotel will have all seats on the same level.

Please notify us if you require wheelchair access in advance of the shows, by contacting us through our contact page.

A hearing loop system is available at Quarterhouse, but not at the Grand Burstin Hotel venues.

If you would like to bring an assistance dog to Quarterhouse, please contact the venue to discuss it with their team.
